What are the office hours?

Weekdays: 8am to 4:30pm. Evenings and weekends by appointment only.

How long is the term for a signed lease?

A lease is for one year, with option to renew.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, cats are OK, but sorry, no dogs.

To whom do I make my check payable?

ADCO Properties

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes!  At The Triad it is included in the rent.

Do I need renter's insurance?

Renter's Insurance is required to rent an apartment. You can purchase it through the same company that you get your auto insurance through and receive a multi-policy discount, or you can purchase it through ADCO.

Who arranges the utilities?

Because utilities such as gas, electric, cable, Internet service and telephone service will be placed in your name, it is your responsibility to call and order service before you move in.

What about laundry?

There are laundry facilities located within the building.

What about safety?

The Triad Apartments are secure buildings, and you need to be buzzed into both.
